Official Contest Rules
Grand Prize: Nomad Ridge at the Wilds Sunset Package (1 to be awarded):
Total Value: $425.00
One (1) winner will receive:
- Overnight stay for two (2) adults at Nomad Ridge at the Wilds, a luxury tented-camp experience. Your package includes:
- Sunset Safari tour, including dinner for two (2) at the Overlook Café.
- Breakfast for two (2) served at the Overlook Café.
- Safari Transport tour for two (2).
- Package valid only for Aug. 20, Aug. 27, September 10, and September 17, 2010.
- Reservations are required.
- Grand Prize random drawing held Thursday, July 1, 2010. Winners will be notified Thursday, July 1, 2010.
- Reservations must be made by Thursday, July 8, 2010.
- Sunset Safari tour valid only on the first night of your overnight stay.
- Safari Transport tour valid during regular visitor hours either the Friday or Saturday of the overnight stay.
- No part of this package may be transferred or redeemed for cash.
GOLD PRIZE PACKAGE: A Wilds Sunset Safari for Two (2) (1 to be awarded):

One (1) winner will receive:
- Sunset Safari tour for two (2) people, including dinner for two (2) at the Overlook Café
- One Wilds post card set and two (2) Wilds pens
- Overnight suite accommodation for two (2) at the Comfort Inn, Zanesville, Ohio including complimentary breakfast for two (2).
- Package valid only for July 24, Aug. 14, Aug. 21, or Aug. 28, 2010.
- Reservations are required.
- Gold Prize drawing held Thursday, July 1, 2010. Winners will be notified Thursday, July 1, 2010.
- Reservations must be made by Thursday, July 8, 2010.
- Sunset Safari tour valid only on the first night of your overnight stay.
- Sunset Safaris begin at 5 p.m.
SILVER PRIZE PACKAGE: Family Open-Air Safari (1 to be awarded):

- Overnight double room for up to four (4) people at the Comfort Inn, Zanesville, Ohio including complimentary breakfast for four (4).

- Silver prize drawing held Thursday, July 1, 2010. Winners will be notified Thursday, July 1, 2010.
- Reservations not required for the open-air Safari Transport, but are required for the hotel.
- Free standard double room valid for one night only, and based on availability.

- 20% discount at Comfort Inn, Zanesville, Ohio (valid for up to two double rooms on same night)

- Bronze prize drawing held Thursday, July 1, 2010. Winners will be notified Thursday, July 1, 2010.
- Reservations not required for the Family Safari Transport, but are required for the hotel.
- Hotel discount can be applied to up to two standard, two double bed rooms on any day, and based on availability.
- Expires October 31, 2010.
How to play:
- No Purchase Necessary.
- Must be 18 or older to enter and win.
- Enter on-line at www.10TV.com or at www.ONNtv.com by completing the official entry form by 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2010.
- Alternate entry may be made by mailing a postcard with the entrant’s name, address, age, and daytime and evening telephone number to:

- Postcard entries must be received at the WBNS Studios by 10 a.m. on Monday, June 28, 2010.
Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
Eligibility and participation:
No purchase or other valuable consideration required to participate. Individuals must be 18 years or older, to be eligible. Contest begins Monday, May 31, 2010 and concludes on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. Employees, and their immediate families, of WBNS-TV, Inc., ONN-TV, The Dispatch Printing Company, The Wilds, their advertising agencies, affiliates and/or subsidiaries of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win.
Award of prizes and prize restrictions:
By entering the contest in the manner described above, or by claiming the Grand Prize, The Gold Prize, Silver Prize or Bronze Prize, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. One entry per person, per household.
The Wilds Grand Prize Winner, Gold Prize Winner, Silver Prize Winner and Bronze Prize Winner will be required to execute an affidavit which releases WBNS-10TV, ONN-TV, The Dispatch Printing Company, the Wilds and the Contest sponsors from liability for any loss or damage or claim of property related to the Grand Prize Winner's, Gold Prize Winner’s, Silver Prize Winner’s, and Bronze Prize Winner’s participation in the contest and/or usage of the prize.
The Grand Prize Winner, The Gold Prize Winner, Silver Prize Winner and Bronze Prize Winner also agrees to allow his or her name and/or likeness to be used by WBNS-10TV, ONN-TV, The Dispatch Printing Company and/or its sponsors for promotional purposes related to the contest.
If the Wilds Grand Prize Winner, The Gold Prize Winner, Silver Prize Winner or Bronze Prize Winner is not able to claim his or her prize within one week of notification, or if the Grand Prize Winner, The Gold Prize Winner, Silver Prize Winner or Bronze Prize Winner fails to provide proper identification and sign the appropriate releases, or if the announced Grand Prize Winner, The Gold Prize Winner, Silver Prize Winner or Bronze Prize Winner is determined to be an ineligible participant, then in any such case WBNS-10TV and ONN-TV shall declare the prize forfeited, and proceed to conduct another drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.
The decisions of WBNS-10TV, ONN-TV, The Dispatch Printing Company and participating sponsors concerning any and all matters with respect to the Wilds contest and the award of the Grand Prize, the Gold Prize, the Silver Prize and the Bronze Prize Winner shall be final. Neither WBNS-10TV,ONN-TV nor the Wilds will be responsible for telecommunications systems malfunctions and/or failures that might impede an entrant’s ability to submit an entry, nor for late, damaged, or mis-directed mail.
The Wilds Grand Prize Winner, The Gold Prize Winner, Silver Prize Winner and Bronze Prize Winner are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes due in connection with the prize.
