Official Contest Rules

Prizes (12 Prizes to be awarded):
• Twelve (12) prizes consisting of four (4) complimentary tickets to one (1) 2009 season performance of the outdoor drama Tecumseh at the Sugarloaf Mountain Amphitheatre near Chillicothe, Ohio. Total value of each prize is $83.80.

• Prize winners will be selected on or about May 22, 29, June 5, 12, 19, 26, July 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31, August 3, 2009.

• Prize winners will be notified via email or phone.

• No substitutions of prizes may be made.

How to play:
• No Purchase Necessary.
• Must be 18 or older to enter and win.
• Enter on-line at www.10TV.com by completing the official entry form, by 11:59 p.m., EDT, August 2, 2009.
• Alternate entry may be made by mailing a postcard with the entrant’s name, address, age, and telephone number to:

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

Eligibility and participation:
No purchase or other valuable consideration required to participate. Individuals must be 18 years or older, to be eligible. Contest begins on Monday, May 18, 2009 and concludes on Sunday, August 2, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. Employees, and their immediate families, of WBNS-TV, Inc., The Ohio News Network, The Dispatch Printing Company, The Scioto Society and their advertising agencies, affiliates and/or subsidiaries of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win.

Award of prizes and prize restrictions:
By entering the contest in the manner described above, or by claiming a prize, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. Tecumseh winners will be required to execute an affidavit which releases WBNS-10TV, The Ohio News Network, The Dispatch Printing Company, The Scioto Society and all Contest sponsors from liability for any loss or damage or claim of property related to a prize winner’s participation in the contest and/or usage of the prize.

Prize winners also agree to allow his or her name and/or likeness to be used by WBNS-10TV and/or its sponsors for promotional purposes related to the contest.

If a Tecumseh prize winner is not able to claim his or her prize within two weeks of notification, or if a prize winner fails to provide proper identification and sign the appropriate releases, or if an announced prize winner is determined to be an ineligible participant, then in any such case WBNS-10TV shall declare the prize forfeited, and proceed to conduct another drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

The decisions of WBNS-10TV and participating sponsors concerning any and all matters with respect to the Tecumseh Giveaway and the award of prizes shall be final. WBNS-10TV will not be responsible for telecommunications systems malfunctions and/or failures that might impede an entrant’s ability to submit an entry, nor for lost, late, damaged, or mis-directed email or postal mail.

Sponsors reserve the final judgment on all matters pertaining to this contest including the right to change or modify the rules, or to discontinue or extend the contest without prior notice.

Tecumseh prize winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes due in connection with the prize.
