Prizes
Prizes (5 to be awarded):
• Prizes: Five (5) prizes each consisting of two (2) tickets to see Celine Dion, September 22, 2008 at the Schottenstein Center’s Value City Arena in Columbus, Ohio. Each prize package is valued at $156.00.

• Five (5) winners will be selected on or about August 4, 2008.
• Winners will be notified via email or phone.
• No substitution of prizes may be made.

How to play:
• No Purchase Necessary.
• Must be 18 or older to enter and win.
• Enter on-line at www.10TV.com by completing the official entry form including answering the seven (7) trivia questions by 11:59 p.m. EDT, August 3, 2008.
• Alternate entry may be made by mailing a postcard with the entrant’s name, address, age, telephone number and the answers to the seven (7) Trivia Questions to:

Post card entries must be received by WBNS by 10 a.m. EDT on August 1, 2008 to be eligible for the prize drawings.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of correct eligible entries received.

Eligibility and participation:
No purchase or other valuable consideration required to participate. Individuals must be 18 years or older, to be eligible. Contest begins on Monday, July 21, 2008 and concludes on Sunday, August 3, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. Employees, and their immediate families, of WBNS-TV, Inc., The Dispatch Printing Company, The Schottenstein Center and Value City Arena and their advertising agencies, affiliates and/or subsidiaries of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win.

Award of prizes and prize restrictions:
By entering the contest in the manner described above, or by claiming a prize, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. One entry per person.

Celine Dion Trivia Contest prize winners will be required to execute an affidavit which releases WBNS-10TV, The Schottenstein Center and Value City Arena and the Contest sponsors from liability for any loss or damage or claim of property related to the prize winner's participation in the contest and/or usage of the prize.

Prize winners also agree to allow his or her names and/or likeness to be used by WBNS-10TV, www.10TV.com, The Schottenstein Center and Value City Arena and/or its sponsors for promotional purposes related to the contest.

If a prize winner is not able to claim his or her prize within one week of notification, or if a prize winner fails to provide proper identification and sign the appropriate releases, or if an announced prize winner is determined to be an ineligible participant, then in any such case WBNS-10TV shall declare the prize forfeited, and proceed to conduct another drawing from among the remaining correct eligible entries.

The decisions of WBNS-10TV and participating sponsors concerning any and all matters with respect to the Celine Dion Trivia Contest and the award of the prizes shall be final. Neither WBNS-10TV nor The Schottenstein Center and Value City Arena will be responsible for telecommunications systems malfunctions and/or failures that might impede an entrant’s ability to submit an entry, nor for late, damaged, or mis-directed mail.

Sponsors reserve the final judgment on all matters pertaining to this contest including the right to change or modify the rules, or to discontinue or extend the contest without prior notice.

Contest prize winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes due in connection with the prize.
