Official Rules
How to play:

• No Purchase Necessary.
• Teams may consist of 1-6 members. All team members must be listed in the Passport that is turned in to be eligible for a participation prize.
• One person per team must be 18 or older to enter and win.
• Passports may also be picked up at any Metro Parks Nature Center, Naturalist Office, or Headquarters.
• You may request a passport be mailed to you by mailing a postcard with your name, address, age, daytime and evening telephone number to:

• Team must complete at least 20 of the questions to be eligible for prize drawings for grand prize and runner up prizes.
• All teams that complete at least 10 of the questions receive a participation prize for each member of the team.
• Questions that are completed must be done so to the best of the team’s ability. Completed Passports will be checked for accuracy.
• Completed Passports must be returned to a Metro Parks Nature Center, Headquarters, or Naturalist Office on or before October 31, 2009 to be eligible for prizes.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

Eligibility and participation:
No purchase or other valuable consideration required to participate. Must be at least one individual per team age 18 years or older to be eligible to play. Contest begins on June 1, 2009 and concludes on October 31, 2009. Employees, and their immediate families, of WBNS-10TV, Metro Parks and their advertising agencies, affiliates and/or subsidiaries of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win.

Award of Grand Prize and prize restrictions:
By entering the contest in the manner described above, or by claiming the Grand Prize, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. No person may participate on more than one team.

The Metro Parks Passport Grand Prize winners will be required to execute an affidavit which releases WBNS-10TV and Metro Parks from liability for any loss or damage or claim of property related to the Grand Prize winners’ participation in the contest and/or usage of the prize.

Grand Prize winners also agree to allow his or her name and/or likeness to be used by WBNS-10TV and/or its sponsors for promotional purposes related to the contest.

If the Grand Prize winners are not able to claim his or her prize within one month of notification, or if the Grand Prize winners fail to provide proper identification and sign the appropriate releases, or if the Grand Prize winners are determined to be an ineligible participant, then in any such case WBNS-10TV shall declare the prize forfeited, and proceed to conduct another drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.

Participation prizes will be distributed (one per team member) when Passports are turned in to a Metro Parks Nature Center, Headquarters, or Naturalist Office. If Passports are mailed in, participation prizes will be mailed to you, or you may be asked to pick up your prizes at the park you designate in the Passport.

The decisions of WBNS-10TV and participating sponsors concerning any and all matters with respect to the Metro Parks Passport Program and the award of the Grand Prizes shall be final. WBNS-10TV will not be responsible for telecommunications systems malfunctions and/or failures that might impede an entrant’s ability to submit an entry, nor for late, damaged, or mis-directed mail.

Sponsors reserve the final judgment on all matters pertaining to this contest including the right to change or modify the rules, or to discontinue or extend the contest without prior notice.

Grand Prize winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes due in connection with the Grand Prize.
