Ultimate Mother’s Day Contest

May 5, 2008 through May 9, 2008

• Grand Prize  (1 to be awarded):

• Two (2) tickets to the Celine Dion concert at Value City Arena on September 22, 2008 (seats to be located in a private suite); One catered dinner, served in a private suite, and limousine transportation to/from the event. The total value of the Grand Prize package is $600.
• Grand Prize Winner will be selected at 6:45 a.m. on Friday, May 9, 2008.  
• Grand Prize Winners will be notified via email or phone.
• No substitution of Grand Prize may be made.

• Runner-Up Prizes (5 to be awarded – 1 daily)

• Two (2) Celine Dion concert tickets to be awarded to 1 daily winner, for 5 days. Each ticket worth approximately $150.
• Daily prizes awarded May 5 through May 9, 2008.
• Daily prize winners to be notified via email or phone
• No substitution of daily prize may be made

How to play:

• No Purchase Necessary.

• Must be 18 or older to enter and win.

• Enter on-line at 10TV.COM by correctly entering the “Celine Dion word of the day” on the official entry, between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. EDT, daily, between May 5, 2008 and May 8, 2008.

On Friday, May 9, enter on-line at 10TV.COM by correctly entering the “Celine Dion word of the day” on the official entry, between 6 a.m. and 6:45 a.m.

Odds of Winning:

Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of correct eligible entries received.

Eligibility and participation:
No purchase or other valuable consideration required to participate. Individuals must be 18 years or older, to be eligible. Contest begins on Monday, May 05, 2008 and concludes on Friday, May 9, 2008 at 7 a.m. Employees, and their immediate families, of WBNS-TV, Inc., The Columbus Dispatch, Value City Arena, and their advertising agencies, affiliates and/or subsidiaries of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win.

Award of Grand Prize and prize restrictions:

By entering the contest in the manner described above, or by claiming a prize, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. One daily entry per person, per household.

WBNS-10TV Ultimate Mother’s Day Contest winners will be required to execute an affidavit which releases WBNS-10TV, and Value City Arena and the Contest sponsors from liability for any loss or damage or claim of property related to the Grand Prize winner's participation in the contest and/or usage of the Grand Prize.

The Prize winners also agree to allow his or her name and/or likeness to be used by WBNS-10TV, 10TV.com, and/or its sponsors for promotional purposes related to the contest.

If the WBNS-10TV Ultimate Mother’s Day Contest winners are not able to claim his or her prize within 7 days of notification, or if the Grand Prize winner fails to provide proper identification and sign the appropriate releases, or if the announced Prize winners are determined to be an ineligible participant, then in any such case WBNS-10TV shall declare the prize forfeited, and proceed to conduct another drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.

The decisions of WBNS-10TV, Value City Arena, and participating sponsors concerning any and all matters with respect to the WBNS-10TV Ultimate Mother’s Day Contest and the awarding of the Prizes shall be final. Neither WBNS-10TV, or The Value City Arena will be responsible for telecommunications systems malfunctions and/or failures that might impede an entrant’s ability to submit an entry, nor for late, damaged, or misdirected mail.

Sponsors reserve the final judgment on all matters pertaining to this contest including the right to change or modify the rules, or to discontinue or extend the contest without prior notice.

The WBNS-10TV Ultimate Mother’s Day Contest winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes due in connection with the prize.
