• One (1) Grand Prize consisting of four (4) tickets for the Saturday, August 30, 8 p.m. performance of Disney’s The Lion King at The Ohio Theatre in Columbus, Ohio, a $100 gift card valid at any Central Ohio Cameron Mitchell Restaurant excluding alcohol and gratuity plus Lion King show merchandise including LION KING souvenir program, watch, and Original Broadway Cast Recording. Total value of Grand Prize is $456.00.

• One (1) Grand prize winner will be selected on or about August 11, 2008.

• Grand Prize winner will be notified via email or phone.

• No substitutions of prizes may be made.

Postcard entries must be received by Friday, August 8, 2008 at the WBNS Studios, 770 Twin Rivers Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43215 by 5 p.m.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

Eligibility and participation:
No purchase or other valuable consideration required to participate. Individuals must be 18 years or older, to be eligible. Contest begins on Tuesday, July 1, 2008 and concludes on Sunday, August 10, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Employees, and their immediate families of WBNS-10TV, The Ohio News Network, Mix 97.1 Radio, Columbus Parent Magazine, This Week News, The Dispatch Printing Company and any of their other affiliates, Broadway Across America and their affiliates, Cameron Mitchell Restaurants and their advertising agencies, affiliates and/or subsidiaries of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win.

Award of prizes and prize restrictions:
By entering the contest in the manner described above, or by claiming the Grand Prize, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. One entry per person.

Broadway Across America- Columbus The Lion King Grand Prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit which releases WBNS-10TV, The Ohio News Network, Mix 97.1 Radio, Columbus Parent Magazine, This Week News, The Dispatch Printing Company, Broadway Across America- Columbus and any of their other affiliates and contest sponsors from liability for any loss or damage or claim of property related to the Grand Prize Winner's participation in the contest and/or usage of the prize.

The Grand Prize winner also agrees to allow his or her name and/or likeness to be used by WBNS-10TV, The Ohio News Network, Mix 97.1 Radio, Columbus Parent Magazine, This Week News, The Dispatch Printing Company and Broadway Across America- Columbus and their affiliates and/or its sponsors for promotional purposes related to the contest.

If the Broadway Across America-Columbus The Lion King Grand Prize winner is not able to claim his or her prize within one week of notification, or if the winner fails to provide proper identification and sign the appropriate releases, or if the announced winner is determined to be an ineligible participant, then in any such case The Dispatch Printing Company shall declare the prize forfeited, and proceed to conduct another drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

The decisions of WBNS-10TV, The Ohio News Network, Mix 97.1 Radio, Columbus Parent Magazine, This Week News, The Dispatch Printing Company and participating sponsors concerning any and all matters with respect to the Broadway Across America- Columbus The Lion King Giveaway and the award of the Grand Prize shall be final. Neither WBNS-10TV, The Ohio News Network, Mix 97.1 Radio, Columbus Parent Magazine, This Week News, The Dispatch Printing Company nor Broadway Across America- Columbus will be responsible for telecommunications systems malfunctions and/or failures that might impede an entrant’s ability to submit an entry, nor for lost, late, damaged, or mis-directed email or postal mail.
