SWACO provides drop off recycling locations throughout Franklin County. These locations are free to the public and include most Columbus City Schools plus many Fire Stations, Super Markets, and Home Improvement stores around the country. Most communities in Franklin County offer curbside recycling, as well. In the City of Columbus, it is through a subscription service with Rumpke Recycling.
