Prizes
Prizes (5 to be awarded):

• Prizes: Five (5) family 4 packs each containing four (4) tickets for general admission entrance into the 2008 Franklin County Fair, July 12-19, 2008 at the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Hilliard, Ohio. Parking charges are not included. Each family four pack is valued at $20.00.
• Three (3) winners will be selected on or about July 10, 2008 and two (2) winners will be selected on or about July 17, 2008. Winners will be notified via email or phone.
• No substitution of prizes may be made.

How to play:
• No Purchase Necessary.
• Must be 18 or older to enter and win.
• Enter on-line at www.10TV.com by completing the official entry form by 11:59 p.m. EDT, July 16, 2008.
• Alternate entry may be made by mailing a postcard with the entrant’s name, address, age and daytime and evening telephone numbers to:

Post card entries must be received by 10 a.m. EDT on July 9, 2008 to be eligible for the first drawing and by 10 a.m. EDT on July 16, 2008 to be eligible for the second drawing.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

Eligibility and participation:
No purchase or other valuable consideration required to participate. Individuals must be 18 years or older to be eligible. Contest begins on Monday, June 30, 2008 and concludes on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Employees, and their immediate families, of WBNS-TV, Inc., The Dispatch Printing Company, The Franklin County Fair and their advertising agencies, affiliates and/or subsidiaries of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win.

Award of prizes and prize restrictions:
By entering the contest in the manner described above, or by claiming a prize, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. One entry per person.
Franklin County Fair winners may be required to execute an affidavit which releases WBNS-10TV, The Dispatch Printing Company, The Franklin County Fair and the Contest sponsors from liability for any loss or damage or claim of property related to the winner's participation in the contest and/or usage of the prizes.
Winners also agree to allow his or her name and/or likeness to be used by WBNS-10TV, 10TV.com, The Dispatch Printing Company, The Franklin County Fair and/or its sponsors for promotional purposes related to the contest.
If a Franklin County Fair winner is not able to claim his or her prize within one week of notification, or if a winner fails to provide proper identification and sign the appropriate releases, or if an announced winner is determined to be an ineligible participant, then in any such case WBNS-10TV shall declare the prize forfeited, and proceed to conduct another drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.
The decisions of WBNS-10TV, The Dispatch Printing Company and participating sponsors concerning any and all matters with respect to the Franklin County Fair Contest and the award of the prizes shall be final. Neither WBNS-10TV, The Dispatch Printing Company nor the Franklin County Fair will be responsible for telecommunications systems malfunctions and/or failures that might impede an entrant’s ability to submit an entry, nor for late, damaged, or mis-directed mail.
Sponsors reserve the final judgment on all matters pertaining to this contest including the right to change or modify the rules, or to discontinue or extend the contest without prior notice.
The Franklin County Fair contest winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes due in connection with the prizes.
