• Prizes:
#1: Two (2) winners will each receive two (2) tickets to the Cincinnati Symphony Mega-Watt Season Opener concert, Friday, September 12, 2008 at 8 p.m. Parking charges are not included. The total value of each prize package number one is $80.00.
#2: One (1) winner will receive four (4) tickets to the Cincinnati Symphony Pops Back to School on Broadway concert, Friday, September 26, 2008 at 8 p.m. Parking charges are not included. The total value of prize package number two is $160.00.
#3: One (1) winner will receive four (4) tickets to the Cincinnati Symphony Pops Holiday concert, Friday, December 12, 2008 at 8 p.m. Parking charges are not included. The total value of prize package number three is $160.00.
#4: Two (2) winners will each receive two (2) tickets to the Cincinnati Symphony Amadeus concert, Friday, January 30, 2009 at 11 a.m. Parking charges are not included. The total value of prize package number four is $80.00.

Prize package number one winners will be selected on Thursday, September 11, 2008.

• Must be 18 or older to enter and win.
• Enter on-line at www.ONNtv.com by completing the official entry form. To be eligible for prize package number one, entries must be received by 12 p.m. EDT, Thursday, September 11, 2008.
To be eligible for prize package number two, entries must be received by 12 p.m. EDT, Wednesday, September 24, 2008.
To be eligible for prize package number three, entries must be received by 12 p.m. EDT, Wednesday, December 10, 2008
To be eligible for prize package number four, entries must be received by 12 p.m. EDT, Wednesday, January 28, 2009.

Post card entries must be received by WBNS by 10 a.m. EDT on each of the drawing dates in order to be eligible for the contest.
Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
Eligibility and participation:
No purchase or other valuable consideration required to participate. Individuals must be 18 years or older, to be eligible. Contest begins on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 and concludes on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at 12 p.m. EDT. Employees, and their immediate families, of The Ohio News Network, The Dispatch Printing Company, and their advertising agencies, affiliates and/or subsidiaries of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win.
Award of prizes and prize restrictions:
By entering the contest in the manner described above, or by claiming a prize, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. One entry per person.
Cincinnati Symphony Contest prize winners will be required to execute an affidavit which releases The Ohio News Network, The Cincinnati Symphony and the Contest sponsors from liability for any loss or damage or claim of property related to the prize winner's participation in the contest and/or usage of the prize.
Prize winners also agree to allow his or her names and/or likeness to be used by The Ohio News Network, www.ONNtv.com, The Cincinnati Symphony and/or its sponsors for promotional purposes related to the contest.
If a prize winner is not able to claim his or her prize within one week of notification, or if a prize winner fails to provide proper identification and sign the appropriate releases, or if an announced prize winner is determined to be an ineligible participant, then in any such case The Ohio News Network shall declare the prize forfeited, and proceed to conduct another drawing from among the remaining correct eligible entries.
The decisions of The Ohio News Network and participating sponsors concerning any and all matters with respect to the Cincinnati Symphony Contest and the award of the prizes shall be final. Neither The Ohio News Network nor the The Cincinnati Symphony will be responsible for telecommunications systems malfunctions and/or failures that might impede an entrant’s ability to submit an entry, nor for late, damaged, or mis-directed mail.
Sponsors reserve the final judgment on all matters pertaining to this contest including the right to change or modify the rules, or to discontinue or extend the contest without prior notice.
Contest prize winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes due in connection with the prize.
