Red Wine Balsamic Vinaigrette ( Printer-Friendly Page )

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. Finely Minced Garlic
  • ½ C. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 4 tsp. Good Quality Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ tsp. Coleman's Dry Mustard
  • 4 T. Honey
  • ½ C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

Procedure:

In a medium-mixing bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.  In a steady stream, whisk the olive oil into the bowl.  Adjust seasoning.  Transfer to a squirt "speed" bottle.
